Programming
Hero Counseling is a program that uses the core values of classic superheroes—honesty, courage, resilience, and helping others—to teach key life skills. Topics include self-regulation, conflict resolution, decision-making, social skills, and healthy relationships. Students learn they’re not alone in their struggles and that even heroes need coping strategies and support.
